PrepBaba provides an AI-powered platform to help students practice for the UPSC Mains examination. Our services include AI-generated questions, model answers, and performance analytics.

2. User Accounts

To access most features, you must create an account using Google. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Keep your account credentials confidential.
• Be at least 18 years old.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

We offer paid subscription plans for full access to our features.

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• Payments are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel them. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Sharing your account with others.
• Using the service for any illegal activities.
• Attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer our systems.

All content and materials on our platform, including our AI models and software, are the exclusive property of PrepBaba. You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You retain ownership of the content you create (your answers). However, you grant us a license to use this content to operate and improve our services.

6. Termination

You can cancel your subscription and stop using our services at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided "as is" without any warranties. While we strive to provide a high-quality service, we cannot guarantee that it will always be accurate, reliable, or available.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrepBaba shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our service.
